It's the best for arthritis!

I have used tart cherry for over 30 years for my arthritis and I recently discovered Alerna. The capsules are easier on my stomach than the liquid I had been taking and a lot less messy. The dosage keeps me from having to use any over the counter pain medications.

Best product on the market

My husband has tried a variety of Tart Cherry tabs for managing gout outbreaks, but we think the Alerna product is the most consistent for freshness and effectiveness. We use it together with the Alerna Uric Support tab and he hasn't had an outbreak in over a year. Much better than every 3 months!!! Love Alerna…..

Helped me sleep

Read that kidney malfunction could be a cause for insomnia. Can't prove that's what was my issue, but there was certainly a correlation between taking this and finally getting a good nights rest!

I've been using tart cherry to help with my blood strain and inflammation. Alerna is working well for me! The cost factor is great given the quality. I additionally like that each capsule is 1200mg.
